How do I claim the free first-visit oil change?
Mention it when you drop the car off for your first paid service with us and it goes on that invoice at no charge. It is full synthetic, not conventional. New customers, one per vehicle. There is no coupon to print and nothing to sign up for.
Does the free towing apply before I know what the repair costs?
The tow is credited once the repair is approved and comes to over $300. If the diagnosis comes back under that, you pay for the tow, and we will tell you where you stand before anything is committed. Call first and we will be straight with you about the likely range.
Can I use both offers on the same visit?
Yes. If your car is towed in and the repair comes to over $300, the tow is covered, and if it is your first visit with us the full synthetic oil change comes with it.
Is there a catch with the free oil change?
It has to accompany a paid service, so it is not a free oil change on its own. That is the whole of it. There is no membership, no upsell requirement and no obligation to book anything else.
