For a shop this size, reviews are most of how anyone new finds us. If we got it right, saying so publicly genuinely helps. If we got it wrong, we would rather hear it from you first so we can fix it.
Either way, call the shop and ask for whoever handled your job. It gets sorted faster that way than through a review reply.
