These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the terms of any repair you book with us, which are set out on your estimate and invoice.
Information on this site
The service pages and guides on this site describe how we generally approach common faults. They are written to be useful, not to diagnose your specific vehicle. No information on this website is a diagnosis, and nothing here should be relied on in place of having the car looked at.
Estimates and pricing
We do not publish repair prices on this site. Any figure you are given becomes an estimate only once we have inspected your vehicle, and it is provided in writing. We do not begin work until you have approved that estimate, and if we find additional work is needed we will contact you for approval before carrying it out.
Offers
The offers described on this site are subject to the conditions stated alongside them. The first-visit oil change is for new customers, one per vehicle, and accompanies a paid service. Free towing is local and applies once an approved repair exceeds $300. We may change or withdraw either offer, and the version shown on this site at the time of your visit is the one that applies.
Quote requests
Sending a quote request through this site does not create a booking and does not reserve a lift. We will call you back to arrange that. If your vehicle is not safe to drive, please call (313) 253-0300 rather than waiting on a reply.
Availability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Hours shown here may differ on public holidays. If it matters, call ahead.
